What You Won't Find On This Blog...

I just wanted to explain a little about me and the way this blog will work... 

You will not find on here... 

1. Fancy schmancy photos. - I am a teacher, and on a teacher salary.. I don't have a great DSLR camera sorry. 

2. Perfect grammar. - I work really hard all the time, and so this is an outlet and I don't want to worry about doing it correctly! 

3. Boyfriend talk. - Nobody has time for that. This is about me! 

4. Gloating. - I've got nice things, and I've got a nice family in a nice home... but again ... This is about me! 

5. Weekend posts! - Enough said with that. 

I am sure there will be other things you will not find here as well... but I can not list them all right now!

So Ive got some things to do, and I am not the least bit upset about any of them...
So you might be asking why am I not out on "Black Friday" ... Yall nothing is that important for me to have!

Back to what I got to do...

1. Build a cardboard boat.
2. Write lesson plans.
3. Start working on my 25 posts of Christmas.
4. Take photos of my Christmas!
5. Make a Christmas list. (Want to know it?)

Halloween Bash

So my church had this lovely fall festival, and oh it was amazing. Booths set up for bible games, and that is how the children earned their candy too cute I tell you. I helped with decorating and registration to begin my day off and then I traded up my time to go and work the battle of Jericho booth.. Too cute.. Below are photos of my own from this adorable event.

I Am In Touch

I am in touch with the almighty and he is in touch with me. We are in touch with the side of me that is ill. I have a form of ovarian cancer.. I have been in and out of the doctors for several years and I am ok with that. I have prayed for healing, and I dont hurt. I have prayed for a heart that is free of pain over the condition.. I have prayed and while I might not be 100 percent in the clear all the time... My heart and mind are. I know I will walk away from this with my head held high... I know because I am in touch with my God, and my illness.

What am I going to be doing this week?
I know this week is almost over and all but I do have a plan in my life ok!

1. Write two blog posts. (complete and posted my dears)
2. Bake pumpkin bread for ministers of my church.
3. Send off papers for SEBT Womens Biblical Institute.
4. Finish cards for troops.
5. Go to a painting class.
6. Study for a test.
7. Do some bible study.
8. Go through books, movies and clothes to trade in and away.
9. Practice my music for choir.
10. Find a pair of shoes that dont trip me up to wear on Sunday.
