Netflix Date with Myself

Its Saturday... Im on a Netflix date with myself. Watching Charmed, Gilmore Girls, and no judgement MacGyver ... What do you watch on Netflix? 

Brushing Your Teeth

You brush your teeth daily.. Right? Maybe twice, or three times a day? 

I have noticed that there are other things we must do daily to keep ourselves together. 

Drink water? Yes! 

Read our Bible? Yes! 

Blog? For me? Yes! 

I have been so lonely.. I lost touch with doing devotions.. and I stopped being devoted to myself as well. 

So many things have just stopped. I must begin anew and I feel like doing this will help that. 

Helpful hints? Feel the same way? 

Dating

Being who I am Dating is a terrible thing.. I am not so clueless as to think it would be easy but fruitful yes. It is not. The mortification one feels while even driving to the date kinda feels like the drive scenes from the show catfish. So between the mortification and fruitlessness I do not like the dating scene. I go on a date about 3 times a week. The 3 times are always with the same man.. and on the 3rd date it is the end. Coffee, something fun, and then Dinner. Dun Dun Dun. Somehow or another by that time I have concocted the "list" a list of all the things wrong with this person.. and I am sure they have done the same of me. I mean Im not perfect but I expect to not have to settle.. but oh dear Lord... The dating scene is full of settlers. I have dated a man with a foot fetish, a man with a lisp, a man with dream of rebuilding an old car.. and my favorite a man that really enjoys playing the xbox. Dating is the past time hobby of the Devil.

Changing the World

I love the idea of being able to change the world. I wish I could do so much more for our world because being honest... Our world is going to hell in a handbasket. But all I can do is pray? Do you pray for our world? Our world needs your prayers... and Jesus. Please pray with me today for our world, and ALL the lives in it. If we do that we will be changing the world.

The Perfection of You

I have been blogging off and on now for what seems like ages... never really getting anywhere, not being myself or just losing touch... Well I have decided that while it sounds great to be "perfect" for the internet it just inst realistic.. I am wonderful in the eyes of my lord.. 

1. I can have messy hair, and bad breath.. He accepts me. 

2. I can not have a clue about the recent hit song on the radio but I can sing Amazing Grace and God is ok with that. 

3. I dont always match with the clothes I wear but I am clothed in dignity from my Lord. 

4. This blog might not be successful but I am being the woman he wants me to be. 

5. I am not barbie thin but everyday I work towards being fit for my King. 

How many people will ever look at us this way? 0 Zero.. I am happy to be fearfully and wonderfully made!
